Job Description
Security Specialist Intern with good technical skills, with the ability to ensure customer’s success beyond coding and into problem solving. You will be expected to provide the best solution to our customers’ queries and complaints, using the technical knowledge and analytical skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional services with sound technical, business, and professional standards while ensuring customer satisfaction and success
- Understand the customer’s queries and provide technical expertise to them
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers all the time
- Responding promptly to customer queries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Collaborate with the team consisting of peers and senior members, as required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or having a graduate degree in B.Tech/BSC/BE or any other equivalent
- Additional knowledge of coding languages and databases
- Basic knowledge of Network/Firewall and Cybersecurity
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Problem solving aptitude, analytical skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
