Application Sennovate

Sennovate is a cybersecurity managed service provider (MSP) that specializes in Identity and Access Management (IAM) powered by AI. We help companies protect their information systems from cyber threats that stem from stolen/weak passwords and poor access controls through solutions such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).

The Position

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join the Sennovate Sales/ Marketing team, where they will take an active role in generating sales opportunities through a combination of inbound and outbound techniques. This entry level role is ideal for a high energy recent grad who is passionate about B2B technology sales and wants a hands-on opportunity to contribute to building a successful company.

This is a full-time role based in our San Ramon, CA headquarters.

What You Will Do

  • Create targeted prospect lists
  • Research prospects (company profile, decision makers, needs, etc.)
  • Contact prospects through phone, email, networking, and social media to develop sales opportunities
  • Educate prospects about Sennovate’s services, and nurture relationships
  • Set appointments for qualified leads to meet with technical sales team
  • Follow up throughout the sales cycle, and track lead activity in CRM database
  • Follow up with inbound marketing leads
  • Drive attendance for webinars and other events
  • Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation activities (e.g. webinars, blogs, videos, conferences/ trade shows, etc.)
  • Manage relationships with our technology partners (Okta, SailPoint, Centrify, etc.) and execute joint sales/ marketing initiatives


  • Experience (or strong interest) in Information Technology and/or Cyber Security
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 0-3 years of experience
  • Excellent communicator – written, verbal and visual
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Positive attitude
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker
  • Comfortable talking to prospects (senior executives) in person and on the phone as well as being in front of a camera (Zoom meetings, webinars, sales videos, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales outreach tools (e.g. HubSpot, DiscoverOrg, etc.)


Base Salary + Incentives + Commission
