Sennovate is a cybersecurity managed service provider (MSP) that specializes in Identity and Access Management (IAM) powered by AI. We help companies protect their information systems from cyber threats that stem from stolen/weak passwords and poor access controls through solutions such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).

The Position


Sennovate is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to serve as the cornerstone of our inbound and account-based marketing initiatives. This role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for content strategy and execution – with the purpose of building brand awareness, generating demand for Sennovate’s services, and enabling the sales team with timely, relevant, and high quality content.

This person will work extensively with internal and external stakeholders to create, promote, and optimize original content across a variety of mediums (blogs, webinars, white papers, case studies, landing pages, videos, and more). The ideal candidate will have experience developing technical content and managing the editorial process.

This is a full-time role based in our San Ramon, CA headquarters.

What You Will Do


  • Develop and own the content strategy and editorial calendar
  • Build and manage a team of writers, designers, video editors, and other creators to support execution of the content strategy
  • Build thought leadership by leveraging internal subject matter experts (Sennovate engineers and customers) as well as external resources (e.g. vendor partners such as Okta, Centrify, Ping Identity, and Thytotic)
  • Promote content through a variety of owned, earned, and paid media channels
  • Sales enablement and aligning content strategy with specific sales scenarios
  • Assist with other marketing and sales activities as needed

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, communications
  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy and execution
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative
  • Forward-looking, adapt to changing marketing strategies
  • Interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Comfortable with technical subject matter
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Experience with the following is preferred:
    • WordPress CMS
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
    • Marketing Automation (e.g. HubSpot)
